Privacy Policy

Last updated October 29, 2026.

This policy explains what information Fluxberry (“we”, “us”) handles when you visit fluxberry.si or use the Fluxberry workspace, why we handle it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

  • Account information. Your name, email address and profile image, provided when you sign up. Sign-in is handled by our authentication provider.
  • Workspace content. What you and your team add or generate in a workspace: company and audience details, goals and plans, research, drafts, prospect lists, campaign activity, results, and the history of tasks and approvals.
  • Connected apps. When you connect an app such as a CRM or mailbox, the connection is created with the app directly through our integration provider. We store a reference to the connection, not your password, and we only call actions we have allowed.
  • Billing information. Payments are handled by our payment provider. We receive the status of your subscription and basic details needed to link it to your workspace; we do not store full card numbers.
  • Bookings you make. The contact page embeds a scheduling calendar from Cal.com. If you book a time, the details you enter (such as your name, email address and any notes) are collected by Cal.com and shared with us so we can meet you. Cal.com’s own privacy policy applies to that processing.
  • Usage and technical data. Basic logs such as request times, errors and the pages and features used, to keep the service secure and working.

How we use information

  • To provide, secure and improve the website and workspace, including running the tasks you approve
  • To reply to your messages and provide support
  • To process payments, meter usage and credits, and prevent abuse
  • To send service messages such as invitations and important account notices

Service providers

We use third parties to run Fluxberry. They process information on our behalf and only as needed to provide their service:

  • Authentication (identity and sign-in)
  • Payments and subscriptions
  • An AI model provider, to generate plans, drafts and analysis from the content you provide
  • An integration layer, to connect the apps you choose
  • Email delivery, when configured for outreach or notifications
  • Scheduling (Cal.com), for booking meetings with us
  • Hosting and database infrastructure

We do not sell your personal information.

Outbound activity

Fluxberry can draft and, with your approval, send messages or publish content through the apps you connect. You are responsible for the content you approve and for complying with the laws and platform rules that apply to your outreach.

Retention, export and deletion

We keep workspace content while your workspace exists. Workspace owners can export workspace data and delete a workspace from within the product. Booking details are kept for as long as needed to meet with you and for our records. You can ask us to delete or correct information about you through the contact page.

Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or export your personal information, or to object to certain uses. To exercise them, contact us using the contact form.

Security

We use access controls, encryption for stored credentials, and approval steps for sensitive actions. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children

Fluxberry is built for businesses and is not directed to children.

Changes

We may update this policy. When we make material changes we will update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you.
